    Which is how I have always known it. All but specialized tools.   
      
    Years back the company decided all the production floor   
    mechanics would go to using a single set of tools from a gang   
    box. I never figured that one out. Anyway, when that didn't work   
    out they went back to individual tool sets, but the company   
    bought all the current mechs a set of tools. The idea was, they   
    were under a plan where the company supplied tools, now the   
    company will transition them to their own tools. All new hires   
    have to buy tools.
