He has a city business license,       cost 50 buck. Because he has a BL I pay him an agreed upon wage for every       hour he works.              That BL also allows him deduct a whole bunch of stuff on his taxes and allows       him to work for others (contract out his services) with out fear of being       ticketed for working with out a BL.              It's an arrangement that is beneficial to, and works for both of us.
