   Bob has it all wrong.  The Republican plan is NOT "Die Quietly".   
   It is "Die Quickly".   Preferably also quietly, but most importantly   
   quickly.  That is the essence of what "compassionate conservatives"   
   are all about.  Conservatives really do want to put a quick end to   
   po' folks' suffering...
