   Would you fire someone with no reason given?   
      
   Of course you wouldn't.    
      
   If work gets slow, employees get laid off, if someone can't perform the task at   
   hand, they can be fired. If someone shows up late or not at all, they can be   
   fired. Same reasons as you have to get rid of your own employees, John.
