   That's a dead-on statement. Even adding to this, if a said employee was found   
   to have fraudulently broken their tools and gotten them replaced, as the   
   company would do for everyone, they would get a check for what they've worked   
   so far that week, and fired on the spot. The same goes for someone that can't   
   perform the work at hand.   
      
   The union protects you when a company does you wrong, not when you do the   
   company wrong.
