   from the media. That's not very much experience.

   A few, actually. Just as well, many of the fabricators we work for nowadays   
   aren't union, either. Now this, compared to you knowing all about union   
   companies from what you hear from the media.

   I beg to differ. There's some great non-union companies out there to work for.   
   So, I'm sorry you had to make that ASSumption.

   For their good hired help, yes. The ones they want to keep around, and show   
   that they are appreciated, yes.    
      
   Also, if you've ever seen an ironworker's toolbelt, there's not much you can   
   break from carelessness. But, you probably wouldn't have known that, would you   
   have?

   Unfortunate for you, but it wasn't from a blog of any kind. It was from   
   real-life experience on a daily basis.
