I doubt it. Is that        their median or average pay? Possible.               If you try to tell me no cardiologist earns more than $315K/yr        I'll find at least one who earns more and prove you wrong.               Also, when were the numbers you posted compiled? I just checked,        healthcareers.about.com shows Neurosurgeons top paid at well        over $600K/yr. Orthopedi Surgeons over $475K/yr, and plastic        surgeons as $405K/yr, average pay.
