    Nope. And you don't have a right to be paid, and my employer   
    does not have a right to be paid, if they don't provide the   
    service/product. However, if you accept that the contract gives   
    you a right to be paid and me a right to receive the service,   
    then we have something to work with.

    Actually, it's not only not Obama lite, Obamacare is actually   
    Romney care, and should be referred to that way.   
      
    OTOH, if you beleive the way you appear to, you really should   
    advocate eliminating social security, medicare, medicaid, and   
    teh mandate that hospitals provide care in the ER even to those   
    who can't pay.   
      
    IOW, pass the republican healthcare plan, die quietly.
