   Louisiana is a Right To Work state.  Teachers are not required to   
   join a union.  But they are expected to do so by the teacher's union.   
      
   Being a member of a union is more like being a member of a gang   
   than anything else.  Monkey see, monkey do.  If the leader of a gang   
   tells you to do something, you do it.  Or face the consequences.
