   Hello Bob,

   >LL>Where are these taxpayers moving to? They are moving to
   >LL>RIGHT TO WORK states! Why? Because THAT'S WHERE THE JOBS
   >LL>ARE AND WHERE THE MONEY IS!

BK>Where? Lousiana where unemployment is on the level of Ohio?

The economy in Louisiana is better than Ohio and most other states,
thanks to future Vice President "Bobby" Jindal.

BK>Florida where unemployment matches Illinois and is worse than
BK>Michigan, or Mississippi where it's worse than all three?

Not a problem. BP or some other oil company will spill more
oil into the Gulf of Mexico and thus provide lots of jobs for
the unemployed to pick up tar balls on the beaches.

BK>Or do you mean North Carolina where unemployment is worse
BK>than any midwestern state, and almost all New England states?

Not to worry. President Romney will give oil companies the
green light to drill for oil in the Atlantic.

BK>Or do you mean Nevada where unemployment is the worst of any
   BK>state?

Congress should pass a law subsidizing prostitution. Just like
it has done for decades subsidizing sugar cane and beet production.
Farmers love those federal dollars. And so would every prostitute
in America (especially those in Nevada).

BK>On top of that, wages and benefits are worse in RTW states.

I don't see any strippers on Bourbon Street complaining...

BK>Though the real dividing line seem to be North/South. South is
   BK>worse for pay and benefits.

Then why do so many artists and musicians choose to ply their
trade in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast?

   >BK>The prosperity of America has corresponded with the rise of the
   >BK>unions.

   >LL>That may have been true decades ago. But not today. Union
   >LL>membership in Wisconsin is just barely 10 percent, and as
   >LL>Governor

BK>And as the unions decline poverty rises, the rate uninsured
BK>rises, and incomes in general are stagnant or falling.

That is a myth that unions would like you and others to believe.
However, the truth is something far different. For example, very
few (if any) street musicians in the French Quarter bother to
belong to a union. Why should they, given they would get no
benefit? The cost of dues is far more than the cost of a hat,
and no street musician has ever been asked by tourists to show
them his/her union card. On top of that, a musician gets paid
right away by simply reaching inside the hat...

   >BK>There is no forced unionism in any state.

   >LL>There won't be, once a National Right to Work Law is passed,

BK>There is no forced unionism in any state...NOW!

Then why do unions insist on demanding folks to join a union?

   >LL>as I have absolutely no doubt that President Romney will
   >LL>sign it.

BK>The beginning of the end for this country.

This country survived long before any union came into
existence. This country will survive long after unions
cease to exist. So where's the problem?

BK>Unless we manage to turn it around quickly.

With what? Passage of a National Right to Work Bill would
be a start. Otherwise, the economy will continue to putter
along, as it has been for years.
