    Florida where unemployment matches Illinois and is worse than

    you mean North Carolina where unemployment is worse than any   
    midwestern state, and almost all New England states? Or do you   
    mean Nevada where unemployment is the worst of any state?   
      
    On top of that, wages and benefits are worse in RTW states.   
    Though the real dividing line seem to be North/South. South is   
    worse for pay and benefits.
