   Stuffed Bell Peppers   
   --------------------   
      
   Ingredients   
   4 bell peppers   
   4 stale pieces of bread   
   4 cans of sardines   
   Vegetable oil or olive oil   
      
   Cut tops off bell peppers.   
   Scoop out inside of bell peppers.   
   Throw away seeds.   
   Chop up bread, sardines (minus cans).   
   Moisten mixture with vegetable oil or olive oil.   
   Stuff bell peppers with mixture.   
   Coat outside of bell peppers with vegetable oil or olive oil.   
   Place bell peppers in casserole dish (covered with foil).   
   Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.   
   Serves 4.
