   I could really see it, no matter how it shakes out, after   
   all I find it ludicrous to have to base troops in countries   
   that start telling us what freedoms our people can enjoy,   
   what they can read or view in their off duty time, etc.   
   Imho basing them at sea is the only intelligent solution,   
   get the diplomats and all that other minutiae out of it.

   YEp, that was coming up on his radar anyway to save some   
   money, and then some equipment died.  I've got to remember   
   to call him this weekend, among other calls I"ve got to   
   make.  i'm hoping he joins us again.
