   Gregg Williams prior to being the DC of the Aints, was DC of the Skins (During   
   Gibbs Era II), was a former head coach of the Bills prior to that, is said to   
   have had similiar programs going on there, he went to the Rams to be their DC,   
   he got suspended indefinately..   
      
   Payton gave up part of his salary to get Williams on his staff a few years ago.
