   YEp, or having them aboard flattops, such as carriers, etc.   
   when preparing for a deployment.  That way we dont' have to   
   ask other countries and play mother may I, such as Pakistan, etc.  The

   YOu might find it an interesting read if you can still find   
   the March issue on a newsstand somewhere.  Wish Bob Ackley   
   were still around, I'm sure he read it.  Saw a letter from   
   him to the editor in that issue as well re an article a   
   month or so ago.
