    Keep the military paycheck competitive with what they would have   
    as an 18yr old helping out the family.   
      
    One thing I like about the Swiss system, they do military   
    reserve until they are 55. That with a gun in the house.   
      
    Think about that. How would you like a few million people out   
    there with a military weapon in their houses, and a big   
    grivience over being dirt poor dispite working, or not being   
    able to find a job?   
      
    Give the government a good reason to keep the unemployment rate   
    way low.
