    The Arabs are about as splintered as they come. They are found   
    on both sides as regards to Syria. They really don't all that   
    much care about the Palestinians, but the Palestinians are an   
    excuse to divert their people away from the leadership's   
    failures.

    And it wouldn't be that really hard, but it would take more   
    nerve than most people can imagine.

    True. The main thing for peace is to take away the excuse for   
    war. For that we have to follow the dictum, "If you want peace
