   True, which Washington refused.  Others were resistant to   
   the king idea.  YOu did have two groups among them, and one   
   faction did wish to eliminate the professional politician.   
   In fact, that whole inside group sort of resembles todays   
   libertarians, ideologically all over the map on a lot of   
   questions.  SEe LEe and I and our discussion of the   
   elimination of slavery and the attending debate during the   
   time of drafting of the constitution earlier this thread   
   .  i guess the right term could be ideologically   
   inconsistent .
