I have recently received a new version of Internet Explorer.        FS> Apparently it was the old version which blocked me from Fidonet.              I wouldn't have Internet Exploder on my confuser - except that it is so firmly       embedded in the Windoze software that it's more trouble than it's worth to       remove it. I started with Netscape as a browser and have continued with       Firefox (Mozilla) as the natural outgrowth of that series. Although lately I       have been using the Opera browser for some functions that it performs better       than Firefox.              I also refuse to use the 'Johnny-come-lately' search engine from Micro$not -       BING!. Google works just fine thank you very much. And Gates, Balmer and their       pals already have obscene amounts of the public's money. But, they still want       it all. Bv)=              ...
