-> Americans have been loosing there freedom in other way. When they chose       -> to support Israel in its unjust ways in Palestine they at long last had       -> brought terrorism to the mainland.               While it's true, Israel occupied Palestine in the late 1940s illegally, a       similar beginning applies to all nations -- including the US. A stronger       group takes over a weaker one. (Ask the American Indians about their       history.) Since Israel has now occupied that land for six decades, they       now have as much right to it as do the Palestinians.              I don't believe the US should support *any* foreign country, including       Israel, Egypt, etc. However Israel has the right to live in peace!                     -> After that Americans are not any       -> more free people. You are tapped, you are searched at airports like       -> criminals, they cannot freely and safely travel around the world, etc.              We are NOT searched at airports "like criminals". The airport searching is       in the interest of our own safety. If you don't like being searched -- and       *I* don't -- then you can refuse to take a plane anywhere and travel via       other means. As *I* do.              -> That's not all. In the US there appeared people who started to teach       -> other Americans how they must live. They say - you must not smoke!       -> Smokers became the most miserable creatures in the US. But where was       -> now the US without smoking people? Most of scientists, most of artists       -> constantly smoked, it helped them, and it was necessary for their work.       -> Now the gays have more rights that smokers. You can easily lost your       -> job if say something what they don't like.              That's true enough. Furthermore my sympathies lie with the smokers ... and       *I* do not smoke!               ... [snip] ...               -> A Christian priest is afraid to cite the Bible that sodomy is       -> abomination. Probably, very soon any Christian will be considered as an       -> offender, just because he reads the Bible.              It will never come to that, though some will make an attempt to crush       Christianity       --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5        * Origin: Since 1991 And Were Still Here!
