   Yes, have seen it more than once, and you can tell the   
   difference when you work with the folks in the studio. yOu   
   can see right away who loves the work of creating art, and   
   who's there just trying to be the next flavor of the moment   
   and make a buck. Those who are truly there for the love of   
   it, and thereby hoping to at least make enough money to keep on doing what   
   they love are a pleasure to work with. The   
   others, we in the support parts of the business work with   
   them just to pay our bills, grit your teeth and bear it.
