   NATO just went along for the ride.  It should be noted that no ground   
   troops were used in Kosovo/Serbia, the campaign won totally from the   
   air.  Bosnia was the place where peace was made, the Europeans providing   
   the coffee shop where the papers were signed.  But only after Sarajevo   
   was obliterated.  As for Afghanistan, the French were chicken and the   
   Germans knew better. The Brits were stupid as usual, going so far as to   
   send a prince, and the Russians had already learned their lesson the   
   hard way.
