Hello John,              >JM>Still is multi-party.              >LL>Nope. Multi-party by definition means more than two.              JM>Just because you don't count other political parties, for       JM>what ever reason, doesn't mean they don't exist.              The term "multi-party" is used in relation to "one-party"       and "two-party". Hence, multi-party by definition means more       than two.              The US a two-party state. Not a one-party state or a multi-party       state. Although the US Constitution makes no mention of political       parties, there is nothing unconstitutional about political parties       or party affiliation.              There are dangers if no political parties would be allowed.       There are dangers if we would have a one-party state.       There are dangers if we continue to have a two-party state.       There are dangers if we choose to have a multi-party state.              The question is, what do we want? And do we know what we want?              --Lee                      * SLMR 2.1a * That honky cop is one ignorant motherfucker!              --- Maximus 3.01        * Origin: Xaragmata / Adelaide SA telnet://xaragmata.mooo.com (3:800/432)    |
