   NA> - Introduced duplicate-MSGID checking. It is enabled for newcomers but   
   NA> disabled when upgrading to this version. There is a new setting in   
   NA> Config-Packet/Mail control which enables the "history size" of the   
   NA> number of MSGID's to log for each Echomail message received per-system.   
       
   Thanks for the new upgrade would this be needed to enable this is read into   
   the help if you are unshure let it stay on 10000....
