   Dear Hector,   
      
   Something what would be nice to implement is, that the user has the    
   possibility to leave a comment on the record of a specific file. That comment    
   will be send as a mail to the Sysop and is also visible for other users within    
   the separate user comment field. That mail will contain the File Area, File    
   Name and the comment of the user.
