   What is the possibility of WINS Server having a interface to manage articles    
   for publishing on web site at specific time and date and publish dynamic    
   content in a way that the user could print the article / news and send it to    
   a friend ?    
      
   I think it's very important. We really need a interface to manage this kind    
   of feature.
