   This is very easy to do with wcBASIC, in fact, you can see a short text   
   message to my cell phone number via email.   
      
   Anyway, you need to have a SMS server to send the "data."   Once you have   
   that, the rest is easy and can be done with any change to WINS via wcBASIC.   
   It all depends on the service you connect to.
