   Thats sounds more like a customization project.  I don't see an automaticed   
   HTMLizer   
   and be perfect.

   You can setup an anonymous news client setup with the NNTP Server.  See the   
   AUP 450.3 help on NNTP server.  I even have an example to our   
   public.winserver news forum.
