   I assume that it can.  I have used it to send netmail at times.  The other   
   problem (for now at least) is that it is not 32 bit.  I use a 32 bit front end   
   (Taurus) for POTS calls, and a utility that redirects incoming to the telnet   
   server,  I requires a 32 bit front end though.
