   Joe, can't DB still receive the packets as a front end, and then SBBSECHO toss   
   them? If so, (with a batch file) you could copy the packets to a temp area   
   before SBBSECHO echo tosses, then allow SBBSECHO to toss them for the BBS.   
   Then packets could be copied back to the inbound and then let DB toss them and   
   autocreate your areas within the DB editor. That way you can use the DB editor   
   (or Golded TimEd etc) for your personal reading/writing and let SBBSECHO and   
   binkp handle the mail for your BBS.   
      
   I am using a variation of that process here.
