   First of all, verify the Netmail routing table in Config/Scheduler. The    
   "Un-event" is the event that runs when no other events are running. Press "U"    
   for Un-event Settings. Press Enter or ARROW DOWN until ROUTING is displayed.   
      
   Netmail will sit in the Queue on Hold/Unlisted if any of this is true:   
      
   - The destination is a PVT/Unpublished system.   
      
   - The destination is not defined in Config/Internet or ICM/INA/IBN   
   resolving has been disabled.   
      
   - The destination is dialup and you do not have a dialup modem AND there is no   
   way to resolve this otherwise in Config/Internet.
