   Not necessarily.  I don't have your problems here.  (-:   
      
   All kidding aside (don't abbreviate that), I believe the problem lies either   
   with the system or the BinkD program.  Mine seems to have gone away, so I put   
   the affinity back the way it was.  This was probably due to some W7 and W10   
   update that came it.
