   Took a lot of effort for netmails, including yours, to leave here.  For some   
   reason, binkd did not see them, or just ignored them.  Had to load Irex, which   
   sent some stuff immedidately, then did a rescan with irex, and it sent the   
   rest.  I dont know if this is all invovled with the problem I was having with   
   windows 10, Cortana and Windows start menu, meant no apps would work.  A system   
   restore point from several days ago, fixed it after several other tries  and   
   directions failed to do so.
