   Open the Task manager and find BinkD under the Processes tab and right-click   
   on it.  Third from the bottom (W7), you will see Set Affinity.  A list of the   
   multiprocessors will be displayed with their boxes checked.  Uncheck all but   
   the 1st one listed.
