   VERSION 4 - APRIL 10 2023
   -------------------------

   A minor release:

   - Adds an option to Config-Echomail Areas to specify if an Echomail area is
to be "hidden" from the internal message editor.

If you answer YES to this new question, the Echomail area will NOT appear
when you press A for Areas or ESC-Areas Information.

Note that this does not hide the area from Areafix requests, but obviously
the area will not be presented in Areafix requests from systems that do
not meet the security and group criteria specified in Config-Packet/Mail.

   - Also adds the command HIDDEN ON/OFF to the DBUTIL CHANGE command, ie:

C:\DB> DBUTIL CHANGE SECURITY 50 HIDDEN ON

Will change all Echomail areas matching security level 50 to be
hidden from the internal message editor.

C:\DB> DBUTIL CHANGE GROUPACCESS C HIDDEN OFF

Will change all Echomail areas matching group access C to not be
          hidden.

C:\DB> DBUTIL CHANGE HIDDEN ON HIDDEN OFF

You guessed it... All Echomail areas hidden will now be shown.

   - Bug fix for importing and exporting Local areas.

   - Bug fix when editing Local areas.

   - Bug fix for the F1-Help system.
