Thanks, but I think I'll stay with the magic spells I'm familiar with,
at least for now... Besides, bbses need users, too.

In my case, the last local node I was using went to telnet only... so I
had to scramble to get telnet capabilities... which then gave me access
to any other telnetable bbses... so now my BBSing is all over the
   place... :)

DC> I'm not that much into offline games, let alone online games.

Actually, I'm not either... It's an occasional tension-reliever
offline, and then generally mahjongg or some sort of solitaire. There
were a few others I used to play, back when I was just getting used to
computers (I think hubby's idea in getting me to try them was to get me
more used to arrow keys, CTRL, ESC, etc, that weren't normal typewriter
keys) but some of them didn't work when we went to a faster computer,
and the others I just didn't have time for, usually.

As for online, the only ones I really got hooked on were Scrabble and
King of the Board... I like things that help exercise the mind... :)

DC> One in a while I'll play bridge.

Now that's one I've never learned... most card games, in fact...
