I've heard and       seen far too many horror stories regarding this very issue, especially       regarding wireless security stuff that offers diddley squat in the way of       actual security. They make it harder on themselves and easier for the people       who take advantage of them. As far as the machines go everything works as       advertised and can be a real plus to a well thought out network. That doesn't       include wireless security cameras though. That really boggles the imagination       as to why anyone would want that. Same with keyboards, mice, etc. Big       mistake methinks ... unless of course it doesn't matter about access which       sometimes it doesn't. Depends on the situation I suppose and what is being       accessed and why. For some things easy and open access is a desirable quality.              Life is good,       Maurice              --- Msged/LNX 6.2.0        * Origin: The Pointy Stick Society XVI - Never been kissed (1:153/757.3)    |
