   Nothing is 'fair' there.  Everything is stacked against you ... unless of   
   course you cheat.

   Yes but they cannot prevent anyone else from cheating given they have no   
   control over what happens elsewhere on the internet.  Things like PayPal are   
   excellent proof that you cannot win for trying as it is stacked against users   
   in favour of sellers who can easily rip you off with absolutely no recourse.
