   We have a little pocket of 4 houses (2 on each side of the street) where   
   we've all been here 30+ years.  I know of maybe 2 others who have been   
   here a like amount (in a roughly 3-block stretch of street, about 60   
   houses I'm figuring).  Most of the others are less than 5 years...    
   there's a few I know of that could be approaching 20 years, though.
