   Not really.  All you should need is a proper decoder for the signal and   
   digital->analog filter to use a regular TV or computer monitor.  That should   
   work although there will be two black bars across the top and bottom of the   
   screen.  Other then that it works good.

   I see no point in the extra expense since it is the same crap as regular TV,   
   although with digital it makes it possible to record to DVDs, but then again   
   one has to wonder why anyone would want to do that given all the crap, hassel   
   and expense.  Just to block out commercials?  These days those can be far more   
   entertaining then the program they are sponsoring!!!  Heh, heh.
