   For sure.  I would be so bold as to add to the above that it definetly   
   wouldn't be worth jumping through any hoops to get a modern system Fido   
   compliant without any echo traffic, quality of traffic aside.  If we add   
   quality of traffic to the mix then I doubt I'd have to be bold to say that   
   Fido would have completely died a decade ago.
