   Overall that is true.  Once and awhile it gets a tad noisy but not often   
   enough to be a bother.  Certainly more peaceful here even when it gets loud as   
   compared to a more urban situation on any given day of the year, especially   
   weekends in the city.  People usually come here to get away from that.  Mostly   
   seniors here.

   For sure.  Sometimes one of my neighbours and I get a tad noisy but it is   
   never serious noise.  All the years I've been here has been rather peaceful   
   and friendly.  We do have a few 'hermit' types but even they like to visit or   
   be visited now and then.
