   I'd guess it doesn't hurt if/when the summer people are also quiet and   
   peaceful...  :)   As we've talked about before, where you live seems a   
   lot like our summer spot.  There's a few of the residents (some summer,   
   some essentially permanent) that enjoy noisier sports, but that tends to   
   be in spurts, and generally the place is very quiet and peaceful,   
   especially "off-season".  :)
