   Good plan.  Which channel do you normally watch news on?  I think we get all   
   the major ones out of Seattle and have been known to catch the local news from   
   there.  PBS is more wordly then the others so you don't really get a good   
   assessment of the local scene from that.  From what I've seen, local news is   
   local news, if you know what I mean.  Not really much different then Vancouver   
   other then CBC which is like PBS but totally different.  :-)
