   Probably.  So far I don't have any complaints with the others around in the   
   immediate vicinity.  Also this isn't exactly what anyone would call a 'high   
   class neighbourhood' by any stretch of the imagination.  However some consider   
   this to be a good 'getaway' spot which I suppose it is.  Most of the locals   
   are summer residents given the ocean view etc.
