   No need even if you are.  Most commercial printers have filters in place to   
   get rid of the unneeded stuff in word documents so that it can be properly   
   done with their printing software, most often 'latex' if I am not mistaken.  I   
   used to format my output to match what they used which made any job far easier   
   and I think better then following what everyone thought was the 'right' thing   
   to do.  I got complimented on my work by the big boys doing the REAL work.  ;-)   
      
   My best guess is that little, if any, of that stuff has changed since then.   
      
   Watching the World Junior's?   Canada just won their opener against the Finns   
   and later tonight is US vs. Norway (I think it is Norway).
