Hey Danny!              Dec 09 16:46 05, Danny Ceppa wrote to Maurice Kinal:               DC> If you access the Elist Echo, hardly a day goes by without 20         DC> or more relistings. Most are moderated by Bob Hoffman.               Like I said, two years tops. ;-)               DC> (aside! I just opened my other BW pkt... I got EXACTLY 20         DC> Echo Updates and everyone of them was moderated by Bob!)               I wish him all the luck with that idea. Without network support it can get       very lonely, very fast. The major criticism I've heard from users was there       were far too much redundancy in the echolist(s) and the ones there are       essentially dead. I happen to agree with that assessment. Without sysop       support and participation in these echoes I don't see most of them going       anywhere.              Life is good,       Maurice              --- Msged/LNX 6.1.2        * Origin: The Pointy Stick Society XV - Linux Point (1:261/38.9)    |
