   I wish him all the luck with that idea.  Without network support it can get   
   very lonely, very fast.  The major criticism I've heard from users was there   
   were far too much redundancy in the echolist(s) and the ones there are   
   essentially dead.  I happen to agree with that assessment.  Without sysop   
   support and participation in these echoes I don't see most of them going   
   anywhere.
