   If you access the Elist Echo, hardly a day goes by without 20    
   or more relistings.  Most are moderated by Bob Hoffman.     
      
   (aside!  I just opened my other BW pkt...  I got EXACTLY 20    
   Echo Updates and everyone of them was moderated by Bob!)

   field needs to level.  Too often, it is not.     
      
   And, for the ones I access, I read those first.  I use the nice
