   I have yet to see a weeded out echolist.  Without actually checking the entire   
   thing I would guesstimate the last 'official' echolist to be 10% accurate to   
   the reality of the situation.  Just a guess based on a 'ramdom' sampling.

   Offhand I would think the apparent stagnation to be a much bigger concern.  As   
   for the so-called disruptive individuals, I doubt there are any more then   
   there ever was at any given moment, but instead they are more obvious   
   considering they seem to be more stubborn and know how to get what they   
   apparently want, whatever that happens to be.  Seems to me that they are the   
   only ones willing and able to stick with the Fido status quo as it appears to   
   be.
