I put it all on hold ... for now. I figured out some other stuff and am
playing with that until it is working 100%. Has nothing to do with Fido,
other then I suppose it could but probably is better to keep it independent so
nobody screws up the format ala raw ftn messages (pkt echomail sucks big time)
or even worse offlining bluewave, qwk, etc. ;-)

Basic audio/visual streaming stuff but I am thinking it has potential for
digitization of other signals. I have been toying around with the idea of
digital lenses. Yeah I know it has been done but I want to do it better and
cheaper. The astronomy people totally screwed up the digital eyepieces and
made them into cameras which is exactly what I don't want out of a digital
eyepiece. They just turned a great idea into a more 'eyecandy' thingy as
opposed to a great way to digitize hardcore data. Silly people. This is what
happens when MS-think is allowed to rule the marketplace.

Oh well not much I care to do about that which is partially why the Fido stuff
is on hold, if it hasn't become abandonware and I simply haven't recongnized
that yet. I got backups just in case.

   Life is good,
